Currently we DO NOT SHIP to California, nor to Nigeria. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to anyone at anytime without prior notification.
MINIMUM ORDER $25 MERCHANDISE
Orders below $25 in merchandise will be charged $5 handling charge.
We use the freight chart above for most orders, and that is what will display on your order confirmation. Shipping charges are based on normal size and weight boxes shipped within the continental U.S. for Mon.-Fri. delivery via UPS Ground. If you purchase items that are outside those parameters, or if your order must be shipped by another method, we will contact you with your freight charges before shipping.

HIGH FREIGHT ITEMS:
Items that require oversize boxes (like large stuffed toys and some Easter Eggs) or heavy items (like beads or sand) will not be shipped using the freight chart. These are shipped at our cost, which can be 15%-50% of the value of the merchandise.
We will call to advise you before shipping if your cost varies significantly from the freight chart.
Our freight chart does not apply to orders shipped outside the continental U.S. or to APO/PO boxes. For information on shipping to APO/PO boxes click here.
Please be sure the address you enter for shipment is correct. If we are charged additional fees by UPS due to an error on your part when you provide us your shipping address, those fees will be charged you.
Shipping time varies based on your distance from St. Louis. The chart below provides approximate shipping time after order is processed to determine when you will receive your order.

FOR RUSH ORDERS:
Call for rates to ship 2nd Day, NDA, or other methods.
TO USE ANOTHER DELIVERY METHOD: Call us with your account information and we can ship by your choice of shipping carriers. A handling fee of $5 is added to each package when shipped by any carrier other than UPS.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME:
Orders for stock merchandise received by 11 am Monday-Friday will normally be processed and ready to ship within 2 business days of receipt and final approval of substitutions if necessary. For rush orders, or if you must have your order by a specific date, please contact us and we will work to assist you.
TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT
If you provided your e-mail address with your order, you will automatically receive e-mail notification when your order is shipped by UPS. If your order is shipped by any other method, we will forward any available tracking information to you via e-mail. If you have not provided us with your e-mail address you may contact us by phone for tracking information.
IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO PICK UP YOUR ORDER:
You are always welcome to pick-up your order at our showroom. Advise us what day and time you will be in to pick-up your order during our regular business hours and we will have it ready for you. You can place your order on line, fax it in, or call us to place your order, however, we urge you to call us 314-991-6818 or 800-991-6818 to confirm your order was received and we have everything in stock to prevent any disappointment. SHIPPING TO APO/FPO BOXES:
Since we only ship by Priority Mail to APO or FPO addresses the freight chart rate shown on your order confirmation is invalid. You will be charged the actual postage plus a handling fee of $5 per package. We will contact you with your freight cost and require your approval prior to shipping.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE U.S.:
Orders outside the contiguous U.S. are shipped by Priority Mail with insurance unless requested otherwise by phone, so the freight chart rate shown on your order confirmation is invalid. We charge actual postage plus a handling fee of $5 per package and the cost to insure your package value. We will contact you by email with your freight cost and require your approval before shipping. We require payment by PayPal for all orders shipped outside the continental U.S.
We reserve the right to refuse shipment to anyone at anytime without prior notification. We do not ship to Africa.

SCHOOL AND CARNIVAL LOCAL* DELIVERY POLICY
- FREE* delivery on orders of $1,000 or more (after returns)
- FREE* pick-up on order of $2,000 or more (after returns)
- We charge $50 for pick-up or delivery on orders under the minimums.
- For delivery or pick-up outside our delivery area we charge $1 per mile.
- All fees are based on delivery or pick-up Mon-Fri from 9:30-3:30. Reservations are required.
- We reserve the right to decline to deliver or pick-up for any reason.

HOLIDAY SURPRISE STORE SHIPPING / DELIVERY POLICY
We offer FREE FREIGHT on order for $1,500 or more after returns. If you run low on items while your sale is going on, if you call and place an order by 1:00 PM CST we will ship your reorder the same day. Shipping time will depend on your location. Nearby Missouri and Illinois customers can normally expect next day delivery by UPS ground service. Shipping Charges will be added to all orders below $1,500 after returns.
