This ballot box is a an inexpensive way to collect entry forms, ballots, customer comments and more. Drop slot in the top of the box is 3-1/2" x 3/8". 5" x 7" area header card allows you to put instructions on the box. Box is made with oyster white corrugated board and is 6" high x 8" deep without the header inserted. Comes flat. Minor assembly required.
