Due to the worldwide Pandemic, we are experiencing delays in shipping from our suppliers, which may affect the availability of certain items on our website. Due to the volume of orders we are experiencing, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed. We currently process orders Monday through Friday. Once your order has shipped from our location in St. Louis, MO, we cannot guarantee the carrier's delivery schedule. You will be able to track your order via the tracking number you are given when your order ships.

Should you need expedited processing, there will be an additional rush charge of $20.00 on orders of $100.00 or less, or 20% of order total on orders of $100 or more.

Please note that should an item on your order become out of stock, we will no longer be doing back orders or holding the order to wait for the stock. We do our best to keep our website updated, but occasionally some items fall through the cracks. We will send what is available on your order. Once the item is back in stock, you may place another order for the missing items.

As a small, family owned local St. Louis company, we are very fortunate to have survived the Pandemic thus far. We are experiencing price increases, inventory shortages and delays in shipping from the majority of our suppliers. We want to take a moment to say THANK YOU!
