Elise, our Certified Balloon Artist, has been working with balloons for most of her life. She started in high school, selling balloons at Six Flags Great America near Chicago. While attending college at Northern Illinois University, she worked at a small balloon store called Have Balloons Will Travel. After moving to St. Louis in 1992, she tried a number of party stores in the area but none of them were a good fit. Finally, in 1996, she interviewed with American Carnival Mart. Elise was hired part time that April (the store had just opened in December), came on full time the following February and has been with us ever since. She has been to conventions, workshops and competitions. She earned her Certified Balloon Artist in 1999. She has made balloon decor for the Komen Race for the Cure, Gateway International Raceway (now Worldwide Technology Raceway), Ameristar Casino and the Casino Queen and many local schools and businesses. She has even taught classes and now offers one-on-one or group lessons.

Large Décor
Large décor is designed for highlighting special areas like entrances, stages, registration and dance floors. Includes décor like columns, arches and garlands.
Sculptures
Sculptures are the most exciting type of décor. They can be large or small- or even wearable. They are great for photo spots, entrances or any special area. Sculptures can be... well, anything! Animals, people, places... your imagination is the limit.
Centerpieces
Centerpieces are designed for tables. They can be used for dining tables, buffets, registrations and gift tables. They include simple balloon bouquets, topiaries, bubble strands, fantasy flowers and more.
Inflated Balloons
We have hundreds of foil balloons for every theme and latex balloons in over 75 colors. Helium filled balloons can be loose or bundled into boquets. Bouquets can be made for table centerpieces or large floor arrangements. We are proud to offer Sempertex brand balloons.
Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, we will fill balloons even if they are purchased outside of this establishment. However we put no guarantees on balloons that are not ours.
It is never too early to place an order. Our schedule fills up very quickly so the earlier you order, the better. As of now, we generally cannot do walk-in orders and cannot guarantee same day orders.
Yes, we will deliver to most of the St. Louis Metro area. Availability depends on what we have scheduled.
Elise is here some Saturdays for pre-ordered pickups and deliveries. Our showroom is closed. We do not have any availability on Sundays.
Elise is very experienced in outdoor décor. She can advise you on what will or will not work given the space and weather.
